Dartmoor Zoo Currently has vacancies for Volunteers.

These positions will be within the Education Department and will involve assisting with our Education Programme, care of classroom animals, public talks and some administrative duties.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident people with a passion for wildlife and excellent communication skills who can make a regular commitment to Dartmoor Zoo. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

Placement Student Vacancy

We are now inviting applications for a full time placement student within our Education Department. This will be an unpaid position although lunches can be provided.

This position will suit a student taking a “sandwich” degree in Zoology, Biological Sciences or a related subject.

There will be the opportunity to collect data for your course project.
